Beginning as a turnaround consulting company, expanding into business brokerage, then broadened into business development as an adjunct to client exit planning and our business intermediary practice. We specialize in working with closely held companies with gross revenues from $500,000 to $10,000,000.

John W. Monaghan, CEO has been the driving force behind Browne, Berlin & Gallo, John earned a Master's Degree from Lehigh University and maintains a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation, one of fewer than 800 CBI's worldwide. John is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has been a successful business owner in multiple enterprises for many years. John brings a wealth of knowledge to the benefit of our business clients.
